ICELAN 2000™ Version 6.2

IEC Intelligent Technologies is pleased to announce the release of ICELAN 2000 Version 6.2, our LONWORKS® Technology compatible network management tool. Again working side-by-side with OEMs and developers IEC has added additional functionality to our easy-to-use graphical interface for LonTalk® Network Management. Version 6.2 continues IEC’s heritage of offering optimum performance at low cost via our royalty free solutions.

ICELAN 2000 Version 6.2 provides complete LonTalk network management, NV/CP browsing, and device diagnostics. IEC provides this capability locally, remotely over LonTalk, and remotely over an IP network for no additional charge. In addition, ICELAN 2000 includes fast network discovery, application download capability, configuration templates, application configuration data tracking and LONMARK® DRF file support.

In addition, Version 6.2 provides support for all Gesytec, LOYTEC electronics, and DH Electronics network interface hardware including, automatic network interface card identification and setup. Version 6.2 also includes support for the newly approved open interoperable CEA-860A device plug-in standard used by large OEMs. These upgrades make ICELAN 2000 even easier to use and provide users a variety of high performance network interface solutions that make installing your LONWORKS Technology network fast and painless.
